San Diego North County offers many amusement parks for your enjoyment.  Here are a few that you can check out: Legoland, SeaWorld, Knott's Berry Farm, and Belmont Park

Balboa Park is home to more than 16 museums, multiple performing arts venues, lovely gardens, trails, and many other creative and recreational attractions, including the San Diego Zoo. With a variety of cultural institutions among its 1,200 beautiful and lushly planted acres, there is something for everyone.

San Diego North County offers a wide variety of culinary experiences that will satisfy all walks of life.  Here are some recommendations that I have for the area: Swami's Carlsbad, George's at the Cove, the Fishery, City Tacos Encinitas, Wicked Maine Lobster Carlsbad, and Pizza Port Solana Beach

San Diego North County offers many trails for both the avid hiker or biker.  The pacific coast highway ride is mostly paved road and starts from Torrey Pines and goes to Oceanside.  The Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve encompasses some 4,000 acres of both Peñasquitos and Lopez Canyons.  Native American history within the Preserve dates back as far as 7,000 years ago.
